About me
Cockpits, crisis rooms and World Expos.
Seventeen years. Different countries, industries, cultures and challenges.
I started on the flight deck: an EASA-certified CPL holder with a flight dispatch licence. Aviation taught me what calm, precision and clear language are worth when everything is moving fast, and I have carried those lessons into every crisis room since, from the Lufthansa Group response to Germanwings 9525 to press containment under live political pressure.
Expo 2020 will forever feel like home to me. Two years embedded across 192 national delegations turned cultural protocol, pavilion politics and multilingual diplomacy into daily practice. Culture, heritage and tourism, particularly across the GCC, are where I truly thrive.
Language is my other craft. I am a passionate linguist and polyglot; some of the books I wrote can still be found on Amazon. As a cross-cultural kid, working across borders, languages and perspectives has always felt natural to me. I have never really fitted into one professional box, and I consider that a strength.
I also worked with AI before most people really knew what it was. Thank you, LH Systems ;)
If you know someone who knows someone who might appreciate this slightly unconventional, hard-to-box background, send them my way.
